一、Daily maintenance methods:
1. Cleaning and maintenance:
After the machine is stopped, use food-grade detergent and warm water to rinse the surface and pores of the mesh belt to remove oil stains and metal debris. Soft brushes can be used to assist in cleaning the gaps.
Wipe the frame, protective railings, and material receiving chute daily to remove surface dust and material residue.
Avoid contact of the mesh belt with strong acid or alkali materials. If contact occurs, clean it promptly.
2. Lubrication inspection:
Add food-grade lubricating oil to the motor bearings, chains/sprockets, and roller shaft ends weekly to ensure smooth rotation.
Manual lubrication points: Apply the specified lubricating grease to moving parts such as guide rails, lead screws, and bearings.
Automatic lubrication system: Confirm that the oil circuit is unobstructed, the oil pump has sufficient oil storage capacity, and the grease is not solidified or contaminated.
3. Function check:
Check the bolts at each connection daily and tighten them promptly if they are found to be loose.
Operate the equipment without load and observe whether the movement of each axis is smooth, and if there are any abnormal noises or stalls.
Test whether safety devices such as emergency stop buttons and grating guards are sensitive and effective.
二. Regular maintenance content
1. Weekly maintenance:
Check the tension of the mesh belt. If it is too loose, adjust the tensioning device (sagging amount ≤5mm/1m). If it is too tight, it may cause wear and tear.
Check the pneumatic system, drain the accumulated water from the filter, and prevent moisture from entering the cylinder or solenoid valve.
Check the tension of the belt/chain, and replace it promptly if it is severely worn.
2. Monthly maintenance:
Inspect the mesh belt for any damage, loose welding points, or rolled edges, and promptly repair or replace it if any such issues are found.
Check the heat dissipation of the motor, ensure the wiring terminals are secure, and clean the dust on the motor surface.
Check the wear condition of the coupling and sprocket tooth surfaces. If there is any deformation of the tooth surfaces or loosening of the chain, adjust or replace it in a timely manner.
3. Quarterly maintenance:
Inspect the stainless steel coating on the surface of the frame and roller. If there are scratches or rust, sand them down with sandpaper and repaint with anti-rust paint.
Replace the filter element, check the aging condition of the air pipe, and clean the dust in the electric control cabinet.
Check whether the terminal block is loose and whether the cooling fan is operating normally.
